Are there hidden fees on top of these rates?
No. The engagement rate is the whole price — vetting, matching, and replacement coverage are included. The only separate fee is for permanent full-time placements, quoted up front.
Is there a minimum term?
Engagements are month-to-month after an initial 90-day term. No annual contracts, no lock-in.
What if the person isn’t a fit?
Every placement carries a replacement guarantee: tell us it's not working and we re-match you from the bench at no additional cost.
How does billing work?
Monthly engagements bill at the start of each month; hourly engagements bill monthly in arrears with a timesheet. Simple invoice, card or ACH.
